The North Carolina Azalea Festival’s Second Annual Downtown Window Decorating Competition

The 2020 North Carolina Azalea Festival is inviting all Downtown businesses to participate in our 2nd Window Decorating Competition.

Each year the North Carolina Azalea Festival bring hundreds of thousands of guests to our downtown business neighborhoods. We want to make sure we do everything we can to ensure these guests cross through YOUR DOORS. The Window Decorating Competition celebrates what makes our downtown businesses amazing by highlighting your creativity and your love for springtime in Wilmington. Applications must be filled out online through the Festival website, under the GET INVOLVED tab, and will be accepted through March 1st, 2020.


All businesses entering must be located in the downtown Central Business district and immediate surrounding areas

Windows must have some reference (whether written or a drawing) to azaleas or the Azalea Festival

Windows must be decorated and remain decorated from March 6- April 6, 2020

Email a photo of your window display to no later than March 6, 2020

Each business that submits their window decoration photo on time and utilizes Azalea Festival themes and/or the azalea flower will receive two (2) tickets to one (1) Main Stage Concert of your choice!
